The International Chain Salon Association (ICSA) represents the global voice for the chain salon and spa segment of the professional beauty industry. Our organization comprises the full spectrum of the industry, high-end to value-priced, chains with thousands of locations to chains with two or three, corporate-owned to individually-owned, franchise companies and their franchisees. The ICSA members have salons and spas throughout the world. Working together, chain salons can and will effect positive change for our business and our industry.

ICSA is dedicated to helping its members grow their businesses, effect positive change politically, provide a forum for members to share their views and ideas and interface with the professional beauty industry on behalf of the chain salons and spas. We Are Politically Active
The ISBN’s government relations committee works on the member's behalf, with member involvement to create positive changes in those federal and state laws, policies, procedures and perceptions that directly affect your business. This committee has become the most powerful political force in the professional salon and spa industry and interacts regularly with Congress, the IRS and other government agencies that deal directly with salon and spa issues. The committee helps owners learn how to promote positive change at the state and local level. We can also assist you with being elected to your state board of cosmetology. ISBN is a founding member of PBF, the Professional Beauty Federation.

Because we, too, are multiple salon and spa owners, we've probably faced the same issues you are dealing with.
